With her gentle voice she guides you through the class on an elevated level as she helps you understand what the current astrological phase is and how it is affecting us. She teaches you methods which help you overcome the ups and downs of life, while giving you a great workout. After her class I not only feel energized but also mentally stronger and more able to handle any situation. I highly recommend taking her class, you will be hooked onto her vibrating aura.

Shikha is an incredibly compassionate yoga instructor. I was fortunate to both observe and participate in her yoga instruction with a group of gendered-based violence survivors. Shikha demonstrated great patience and exercised trauma informed yoga practice that tailored to the individual need of each survivor. She is also culturally sensitive and very flexible. In her yoga class, I often felt at home and can comfortably express myself with a great degree of freedom. I missed Shikha's gentle voice and demeanor.
